All orders are carefully packed; however, mishandling by carrier while in route can result in damage. The carrier has responsibility for the shipment from the time it leaves our warehouse until you receive it. Title to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery. All damage and postage claims should be made to the carrier, not to Tomken.
There will be no credit on returned merchandise without prior permission from the Tomken General Manager. Merchandise must be returned prepaid and insured, and a claim must be made within ten days from receipt of merchandise. The original invoice must accompany all returns. A 20% restocking fee is charged on most parts returned for credit or refund unless the merchandise is proven defective, or was shipped in error by Tomken.
Warranty and Guarantee
All merchandise manufactured by Tomken is 100% guaranteed against material or workmanship defects. Replacement is limited to parts manufactured by Tomken. We guarantee all merchandise distributed by Tomken in accordance with the manufacturers' own warranty terms.
